Black Sea & Sea of Azov Dredging Company (CHERAZMORPUT, if abbreviated in Russia) is the beggest marine dredging company in the Ukraine. Cherazmorput operates a marine dredging fleet built at shipyards of the Netherlands, England, France, Finland, Romania, Japan, Soviet Union and other countries. The Company's dredgers are capable of dredging in open roads, transoprting dredged material to underwater dumping sites, pumping soil ashore, extracting sand for constructional and industrial needs.
The dredging fleet operated by Cherazmorput comprises 8 major trailing suction dredgers, 6 powerful self-propelled sea-going bucket dredgers, a self-propelled grab hopper dredger, self-propelled hopper barges designed for disposal of dredged soil, and an adequate number of auxiliary crafts. The total quantity of material dredged and pumped ashore by the Company's vessels over the past 25 years within the Black Sea & Sea of Azov only is as much as 370 mln.m3
